1. Platform Overview
V2 Saapadu is a home food ordering platform. We do not cook, deliver, or own any kitchens. Instead, we connect customers with verified home chefs and food vendors who offer fresh meals.
2. No Delivery by V2 Saapadu
V2 Saapadu does not offer any delivery services.
Vendors may choose to provide:
- Self-managed delivery
- Dine-in options (at their discretion)
- Take Away from their registered location
The default fulfillment option is customer pickup (takeaway) unless the vendor offers other choices.
3. User Registration
- Users must register with valid information to access ordering features.
- You are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality.
4. Order Process
- Orders can be placed via the app for same-day or advance pickup.
- All orders are subject to verify the vendor availability and preparation capacity.
- Users must collect the food directly from the vendor's location unless otherwise specified by the vendor.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All menu prices are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges.
- Payments can be made online via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or in cash directly to the vendor at the time of pickup.
- V2 Saapadu also facilitates cash transactions where applicable, but we are not responsible for any disputes arising from cash handling between the customer and vendor.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cancellation timing fixed by vendor.
Refunds will be issued only under these conditions:
- Vendor fails to prepare the order
- Incorrect or spoiled food (subject to verification)
- Order is cancelled by the vendor
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
7. Food Allergies and Safety (Health issues)
Meals are prepared by independent home chefs in their kitchens.
Health and Safety Concerns:
V2Saapadu cannot guarantee that food items offered by vendors are free from ingredients that may cause illness, allergic reactions, or other health-related issues. Customers are advised to contact the vendor directly for any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical concerns prior to placing an order.
Customer-Vendor Interactions:
V2Saapadu acts solely as a platform to connect customers with food vendors. We are not responsible for any direct interactions, agreements, or disputes that may arise between customers and vendors, including but not limited to cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or service issues.
8. User Responsibilities
- Users are expected to collect food on time.
- Respectful conduct with vendors is mandatory.
- Abuse of the platform or repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
9. Vendor Offerings
V2 Sapadu is not responsible for any vendor's choice to offer delivery or dine-in options.
Any such services are managed independently by the vendor.
10. Platform Limitation
We act solely as a facilitator between users and home chefs/vendors.
We may/may not assure the quality, safety, or delivery of food but will support resolution where needed.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the app, including logos, product listings, and brand assets, are the property of V2 Saapadu or its licensors.
12. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in violation of these Terms or for inappropriate use of the platform.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
