1. Vendor Eligibility
- You must be a legally registered food business, home cook, or caterer.
- You agree to comply with applicable food safety laws and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on your vendor profile.
2. Onboarding Process
- Vendors must complete registration, provide valid identity/address proofs, and bank account details for payouts (if required).
- V2Saapadu reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor based on internal criteria.
- Vendor registration must be done by Exact Kitchen Location.
3. Menu & Pricing
- Vendors are responsible for uploading and maintaining accurate menu items, prices, descriptions, and availability.
- Prices listed must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
4. Order Processing
- Vendors must accept and prepare orders promptly within the stipulated time.
- Consistent delays, order rejections, or quality complaints can lead to suspension.
- All packaging must be secure and food safe.
5. Delivery
- Vendors must ensure food is ready for pickup as per the order timeline.
6. Payments & Commission
- V2Saapadu will collect payments from customers and remit to vendors after deducting agreed commission and applicable charges.
- Payouts will be processed weekly/bi-weekly as per the payout schedule.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- If a vendor cancels an order without a valid reason, it may affect vendor ratings.
- Refunds due to quality, quantity, or delivery issues will be adjusted from the vendor’s payout.
8. Ratings & Reviews
- Customer ratings and reviews will be publicly visible on the app.
- Vendors agree to accept feedback constructively and avoid manipulation of reviews.
9. Code of Conduct
- Vendors must treat customers and V2Saapadu staff with respect and professionalism.
- Any misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or repeated complaints may lead to termination.
10. Liability & Indemnity
Health and Safety Concerns:
V2Saapadu cannot guarantee that food items offered by vendors are free from ingredients that may cause illness, allergic reactions, or other health-related issues. Customers are advised to contact the vendor directly for any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical concerns prior to placing an order.
Customer-Vendor Interactions:
V2Saapadu acts solely as a platform to connect customers with food vendors. We are not responsible for any direct interactions, agreements, or disputes that may arise between customers and vendors, including but not limited to cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or service issues.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ notice.
- V2Saapadu reserves the right to immediately suspend vendors for non-compliance or legal violations.
12. Amendments
- V2Saapadu may update these terms periodically. Vendors will be notified of significant changes.
